RIO HEAD SCULPTURE BY LINDSEY BALKWEILL 1985

An original Lindsey B Head, titled Rio  and signed and dated 1985.

Made from cast plaster, this is an unusual piece in that it is unglazed.  Reputedly given as a gift by the artist and has Rio written in pencil on the side of the head.

In good overall condition, very small chip to one eyebrow.  The head is in the original condition and has not been cleaned and therefore shows signs of discolouration from dust and general handling.
