Rare and original 1960s Herbert Terry and Son R17 Desk Lamp

This is an extremely rare desk lamp by Herbert Terry and Son and dates from the late 1960s. Made from steel counterweight base, plastic shade and chrome shaft, it is in good condition. The lampshade is adjustable and slides up and down the chrome shaft, the shade also swivels on the chrome shaft, allowing the light to move to where it is needed.

Labelled Terry and stamped R17 to the underside of the shade.
