MIDCENTURY INDUSTRIAL METAL SAND CASTING FLASK LARGE GARDEN PLANTERS B

Industrial Sand Casting Flask which would make a very interesting planter or raised bed. Great for an Industrial look in the garden and would add real interest to a garden theme whether industrial or modern. Very good quality, heavy piece made from Steel with great texture and patination, the red patina gives a great cor-ten steel look. Each planter is made up of 2 sections that stack on top of each other, a liner or pot can be used to hold the soil prior to planting.
Originally used a sand cast flask in a Coventry foundry. They date from the second half of the 20th Century.
Wonderful industrial planters, great quality that would work in any garden.
Measurements excluding handle 53cm x 38cm x 45cm tall (each piece is 15cm tall). If you want a taller planter, additional sections can be stacked as shown in the photos.
