ANTIQUE 17TH CENTURY WILLIAM AND MARY WALNUT CUSHION MIRROR WITH CRESTING

A wonderful antique Walnut cushion mirror, dates from between 1680 and 1695, William and Mary period.

Walnut veneer cross grain frame with original pine backboards.  Very nice original cresting to the top of the mirror.

Has a replacement 19th Century Mercury flat plate with mercury silvering, very nicely distressed.

Beautifully proportioned small cushion mirror with its original cresting.  It’s very rare to have the original cresting as so often they were broken or removed and lost.

In very nice condition, a few small repairs to the cresting.
